3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 2325 3rd Street, Suite 296, San Francisco, California 94107, USA). When you visit this website, information (server log files) is automatically recorded, which your browser automatically transmits. This includes: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of their website. Netlify has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. SSL/TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
5. Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this was requested. The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
6. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, your inquiry including all personal data resulting from it (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request.

We use technically necessary cookies to ensure the functionality of this website. These cookies store, for example, your cookie settings. The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. YouTube Videos
We embed YouTube videos. YouTube is a service of Google Ireland Limited. To protect your privacy, we use a 2-click solution: videos are only loaded after you actively click on them. Only then is a connection established to YouTube servers. We use YouTube's enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com), where YouTube claims not to set tracking cookies unless you play the video. If you are logged into your YouTube account and play the video, you enable YouTube to assign your browsing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. The embedding is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent by click).
